Here it is folks, IRREFUTABLE evidence of the Holocaust from the Holocaust Encyclopedia (HE), which is a part of the United States Holocaust Memorial and Museum. Is it really IRREFUTABLE? Are my days as a Holocaust revisionist over because of this IRREFUTABLE evidence?
The International Military Tribunal in Nuremberg (IMT) is also referred to as the Nuremberg trials. A more accurate title would be, The Nuremberg Show Trials where the Victors of War, and no Neutral Party, Charged Their Enemies with Ex Post Facto Crimes that They Were Guilty of Themselves. But that’s kind of a mouthful. To see how illegitimate the Nuremberg Trials were check out this article I wrote about some of the absurd things that were testified to and taken seriously in court.
The following article tells a story of how a man confessed to a murder but the supposed victim was still alive. According to HE’s logic that man’s confession was IRREFUTABLE evidence of a murder that didn’t even happen. The article goes on to tell of a warning from Hugo Münsterberg, a German-American psychologist (1863-1916), “The untrue confessions from hope or fear, through promises and threats, from cunning calculations and passive yielding thus shade off into others which are given with real conviction under the pressure of emotional excitement or under the spell of overpowering influences.” Could it be possible that the Germans under the threat of the overpowering influences of the Allied government made untrue confessions in an attempt to lessen their punishment? Could it be possible that because of the serious nature of the IMT the defendants believed the atrocities happened even if they themselves had not participated? HE doesn’t think so, they say the German’s admissions are IRREFUTABLE.
The next paragraph is just a rehash of the same nonsense. As I just demonstrated a confession is not IRREFUTABLE evidence that the Holocaust happened, nor is a lack of denial.
When HE makes claims that admission and lack of denial at the Nuremberg Trials are IRREFUTABLE evidence of the Holocaust they are hoping that you don’t know about the ‘Powers of the Tribunal and Conduct of the Trial’. I will show you some of the these powers using my handy digital copy of the Nuremberg Trial transcripts that I procured for 99 cents on Amazon.
In Article 19 the Tribunal freed itself from being bound by technical rules of evidence in order to use any evidence it saw fit. Very legitimate court of law stuff.
Woah, what’s this? The Tribunal took judicial notice of all the investigations the Allied governments did of Germany’s alleged war crimes? That means that it was already decided that the Holocaust (the alleged genocide of Jewish people by Germans was not yet referred to as the Holocaust at the time of these trials) had happened before the trial even began! This is a very important piece of information that IMT promoters do not want you to know about and HE will never mention.
Next HE brings up witness testimonies. Witness testimonies are not IRREFUTABLE evidence of the Holocaust.
Jürgen Graf’s book, Auschwitz: Eyewitness Reports and Perpetrator Confessions of the Holocaust—30 Gas-Chamber Witnesses Scrutinized, actually does a great job of refuting Marie-Claude Vaillant-Couturier’s IRREFUTABLE testimony from the Nuremberg Trial (see page 123):
Notice what is missing from HE’s list below? That’s right, physical evidence. And so what if there are documents about the Holocaust allegations? There are reams upon reams of documentation about Harry Potter. That doesn’t mean he is real.
Let’s do a recap. The Nuremberg Trials do not provide IRREFUTABLE evidence of the Holocaust. There are no documents that provide IRREFUTABLE evidence of the Holocaust. There are no photographs that provide IRREFUTABLE evidence of the Holocaust (have a look for yourself at the photographic evidence HE presents). Thousands of hours of testimony from the show trial known as the IMT does not provide IRREFUTABLE evidence of the Holocaust.
You lose, Holocaust Encyclopedia. The fact that anyone believes in the Holocaust story is a testament to the power of Holocaust indoctrination and censorship that is accomplished through abuse of state power and international finance.
PS- Just look at this comment from the Reddit thread where I found the comic from above. Otherwise rational people (maybe not this particular Reddit user) have been conditioned so hard that they can’t even phantom the possibility that the Holocaust didn’t happen.
