Please check out my Holocaust Dramatizations page for the story of Rudolf Hess called, The Mystery and Tragedy of Rudolf Hess. For this story I gathered information for various sources in order to relate the details of his amazing solo flight and to illustrate the grave injustices done to him by the Allied governments. Despite the abuse and mistreatment leveled at him he never gave up his convictions. Rudolf Hess is truly a hero to be lauded.

Great piece. Do you still intend to write a book on the Nuremberg defendants, their spouses, and their experiences after the war? Keep up the good work.
Thanks! I appreciate that. I decided to do this website instead of a book. My work will be more accessible that way. I do intend to do more stories like this one. Next on the list are Rudolf Hoess and Julius Streicher. Both are men that faced injustice from the Allied governments.
Great, I look forward to reading them. Consider doing one on Dr. Robert Ley as well, if you aren’t already. He’s a vastly under-appreciated figure in the Reich.
I’ll look into it, thanks!
Astoundingly good work! Compellingly written and educational. I really felt like I was watching the scene play out.
Also, how dare they treat Tony Hovator like that! He deserves to be treated with more respect!
Thank you, I’m glad you enjoyed the story. I do see the resemblance between Hess and Hovator, lol.
